Commercial Pilot License
Description
You’re probably wondering when am I going to get paid to fly instead of paying for all that flight time? It’s time to get serious, it’s time to get your commercial pilots license. Once obtained it allows you to fly aircraft for hire/compensation.
Requirements
- Be able to speak and understand the English Language.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a current FAA Private Pilot Certificate
- Have logged at least 250 hrs flight time
- Hold a current FAA class II medical certificate
- Pass a FAA written examination with a score of 70% or more
- Pass an Oral and Flight test with an FAA Flight Examiner
FAR 61 Commercial Single Engine
With a Commercial Pilot License Single Engine you can do things such as banner towing, pipeline patrol, aerial surveying to build your flight time along with being hired to pilot any single engine airplane once you have the necessary hours/training.

Course Duration
Based on a full time course, you should expect to take 2-3 weeks.
FAR 61 Commercial Multi-Engine
This course is the beginning of your career as a commercial pilot. Upon completion of this course you will be employable for various commercial pilot jobs.
